Terms of use

Effective 08 October 2026
Sealand Life

These terms are the sideline markings, not a novel. Use Superbot as a private training journal. Do not treat generated text as a medical verdict, a contract, or a substitute for a coach who can see you sweat.

The product you are opening

Superbot: Match Journal is an Android app from Sealand Life, made by Ulrich Baum. It lets you log workouts and matches, keep context in your own words, and request coaching-style notes. By installing or using the app, you agree to this page and to the privacy note that travels with it.

Your side of the pitch

You use Superbot for your own training record. You do not use it to impersonate someone else, to dump unlawful content into a note, or to hammer the service until it breaks. You keep the device and the store account in a state that is yours to control.

Because Superbot is not a social product, you should not expect a feature that ships your entries to other athletes. Users do not exchange personal data through the app. If you paste someone else’s private information into a note, that choice is yours — and a poor one.

Generated language is a draft, not a doctor

When you ask for analysis, Superbot may call OpenAI, a third-party service, to draft text from the words you typed in that message. Nothing else is packed into that request: no identity packet, no silent profile, no extra personal file. The reply can be useful. It can also be wrong, incomplete, or oddly confident. You remain the person who decides whether to run harder, rest longer, or ignore the suggestion.

Superbot is not medical care, physiotherapy, or a licensed coaching practice. Training still has a body attached to it. If something hurts in a way that is not “training tired,” talk to a human who can examine you.

The rest of the bench

The app also relies on other third-party services: Firebase for infrastructure, Singular for measurement, and OneSignal for notifications. Their job is to keep the journal opening, to understand whether the product is being found, and to reach a device that opted into reminders. A unique id may be used for that tracking and for pushes. That is the extent of the identifying glue — not a licence to invent a second life for your data.

What we do not promise

Software fails. Networks drop. A generated paragraph can miss the point of your Tuesday. Sealand Life provides Superbot as it stands, without a theatrical warranty that every session will be stored forever or that every coaching line will be brilliant. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost notes, missed personal bests, or decisions you make after reading a draft.

Changes and contact

If the product shifts enough that these markings would mislead, we will update this page and put a new date at the top. Continued use after that date is how you accept the revised lines.
